Skylar Moore M.A. LAC, NCC

Skylar offers a calm, supportive space to help adults understand themselves more deeply, including how their brains, bodies, and early relationships have shaped the ways they think, feel, and connect. She is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) practicing under supervision as she works toward full licensure, and her approach is grounded in neuroscience and attachment theory. At a reflective, steady pace, she blends EMDR informed work with CBT, ACT, parts work, somatic awareness, and expressive art to meet you where you are, whether you process best through talking, feeling, or both. She often supports clients with complex trauma, anxiety and self criticism, relationship and attachment patterns, emotional overwhelm or numbness, identity shifts, and burnout. If you are curious about what drives your reactions and want a kinder, clearer way forward, Skylar invites you to reach out.
